HR interim manager
As an HR interim manager, I provide targeted support to people, companies and organizations. Whether bridging a vacancy, dealing with capacity bottlenecks or as an expert in personnel recruitment. I deliver the defined results in different industries and company sizes in a short space of time. Fast, effective and experienced. What appeals to me most in the interim business are the constant new challenges and solving difficult tasks.
Thanks to my many years of experience as an HR manager, I am very familiar with the core topics of strategic and operational human resources management. On the strategic side, for example, I am happy to manage the process of developing HR work into an HR business partner model. I can also assist you with reorganizations and restructurings – from the initial concept to negotiations with management and the administrative board through to successful implementation. With a strong sense of empathy and a systematic approach, I can help you to successfully and sustainably shape even conflict-prone change processes.
In addition to my work as an HR manager, I also regularly work for clients as a project manager for HR projects. I have supported various companies in the project management of plant closures or the implementation of M&A transactions. My core competencies also include supporting clients with the introduction of software solutions in the HR area, project management when setting up HR departments or as a sparring partner for the HR team and management.
To enable medium-sized and small companies and organizations to offer holistic and integrated HR management, xstanding takes on these tasks for you as an external “HR department”. In this way, we create scope for your operational and strategic HR work.
